No. One account holds every campus, each with its own team, dates, places and messages, and the group sees all of them.
Can each campus keep its own dates, places and team?
Yes. Each campus can open and close on its own dates within an intake, keeps its own places and waitlist for every year group, and has its own team.
Can families apply to more than one campus?
Yes, where you allow it. Families choose a campus as they apply, see which campuses are open, full or have a waitlist, and can apply once to each.
Can a family move to another campus, or to next year, after applying?
Yes. Your team moves the application to another campus or intake, with the reason on record, or transfers it to another process with matching answers copied and paid fees counted where you choose.
