We open one application and go through it from start to finish, from the day it was submitted to the offer going out. Everything you might need to know about that applicant is on one screen.

We add the stages one at a time: application form, document check, entrance exam, review and decision. Then we add a question that only some applicants see, set a limit on places at one branch, and publish it.
The applicant side5 min
We open the form we just published on the institution's own branding, fill it in the way an applicant would, and then look at the page they see afterwards on a phone.

Before you register
Is this a sales pitch?
No. The first ten minutes have no product on screen at all. After that we build the thing in front of you, so you can judge it for yourself.
Do I need anyone technical with me?
No. Everything shown is set up from a dashboard, and nothing in the session is technical.
Can we bring our existing applicants across?
Yes, you can bring them across, so a cycle that is already running carries on instead of starting again from an empty list.
